3 easy ways to get through the day smoother.

1. water. A nice cold bottle of water instead of soda can help get you going again when you get tired. Water rehydrates you and its the dehydration that makes you tired in the first place.  

2. breathe deep. getting more oxygen to the lungs gives you better circulation and more energy.

3. stretch. stretching helps your circulation and gives you more energy.
