there is nothing worse than staying up too late and having to work the next day with not enough sleep. it sucks and it can make the drive home after work very dangerous. but it doesn't have to be that way.
set an alarm for bedtime and go to bed when it goes off. you will feel better and be more productive and prosperous. and you will feel much better too.
just don't forget to turn it off.
Of course, you can and should always sell your art on your own site; I recommend a blog for such endeavors. Many site hosting services may have a limit to how much you can post, but a blogging site usually does not. So a blog is often better than a page.
You can also sell your art on ArtPal.com and keep most of the profits, which is my favorite take home pay. You can upload your work there and they do the rest.
Another good place to sell art is Fine Art America. You can upload your art there too and they do the rest.
As a bonus, Fine Art America has another site call Pixels that you can sell on too. Basically a two for one deal, and you can tell people you are selling on another site too.
Basically you can just pick an image you like for your project and make a few changes to the text fields and there you have it. the perfect pin for you board or blog. easy and fast and it makes your pin or blog really look professional.
And really who doesn't want to look good these days. I really like my blog to stand out and you do too. You do too, right?
Now that I have my pin made, I can use it on my blog and tweet it or post it on X or some other platform where it can attract readers with it's chic good looks.
And it was so easy to do and fun. Start making your posts look good with Canva and make your pins more popular too.

Adding a music playlist to your blog is pretty simple and you can add it to a post or embed it in the layout. I prefer my YouTube playlist and I used it here. I can change it any time I like or use it on another project if I need it.
youtube let's you make your own playlists and share them too. so the copying and pasting of the embed code is the hard part. I can add or remove videos to my list any time on YouTube and not have to change the code on my blog.
in the playlist above, I used a music playlist I made and pasted it into a gadget on the layout. it's one of my favorite lists and I can listen to it while I work.

The Reverend Doctor is a title for a Reverend with a Doctorate. Even if the Doctorate is Honorary. For example, all of the Doctors in the Big Bang Theory who were ordained to perform weddings would be Rev. Drs. if they were real people.
That being said, As a Minister and Reverend with a Doctor of Divinity, I also can use the title of Reverend Doctor.

Ordained in December 2021 by The Universal Life Church. Ordination is fast and easy and now I can officiate weddings as an official wedding officiant and Ordained Minister. I could not believe how easy it was to get the ordination, and it gave me something to write about. A little something for the trophy shelf or awards page or whatever. Even though I was already ordained in 2006, anyone can do it, and anyone can officiate weddings with it.
Another good place to get ordained is Universal Ministries where I was ordained in 2006.

One of the Best TV shows I have seen. Funny as heck and educational too. the show follows the antics of a group of scientists and their cute neighbor Penny as they try to win a Nobel prize. Sheldon is not crazy though; his mom had him tested. it's more fun than a barrel full of primates.

As a blogger and an entrepreneur, you are pretty much the commander in chief of the entity that is your business, the Captain. the leader of the team. the commander of the blog or the manager of the shop. Captain is sometimes used as a phrase of respect to let someone know you respect their opinions or decisions. making decisions is not always easy when you are in charge. sometimes you have to make the hard calls and do things you may not want to do. sometimes when a decision has to be made, people turn to someone in charge or someone experienced who would best know what to do. This person is not always the manager or supervisor. sometimes they are just the more experienced. a long time ago, some people called other people Captain just because they were respected. not a bad idea really.
also, a captain is the leader of a team or military unit. or the owner of a boat or ship. or commander of a ship. or a spaceship. Daniel Boone was made a captain just so he could lead the soldiers he was guiding. I read that some where once.
we often see captains in charge of starships on sci Fi shows and assume that they are leaders because of their rank. like they had to work their way up to it. but the new star trek broke that rule. Jim Kirk had barely been on board when he was made Captain. sloppy writing? yes. but the fans know him as the leader so it worked out some how. still, sloppy.
as the writer of a blog, you have to do almost everything, while coordinating with others who are in charge of things like advertising and such. even though the entrepreneur is sometimes a sole proprietor, decisions have to be made. some body has to pay the bills. and the blogger is often a solo act. a sole proprietor. the captain of a team of one. sometimes more than one. but still, the captain of the team.

While blogging is considered social media by some at least, others say that blogging and social media are two different things. However, the two have similarities. A blogger shares information and news with others through their blogs so it's pretty similar to say a Facebook profile or page or group. in fact, one can easily run a Facebook page like a blog. the difference being maybe that the page may get more followers than the blog and reach more people. it seemed odd at first to set up a fb page for my blog, but it kind of helps me to keep in touch with followers and share things more easily. and as I am on social networks more often than on blogs, I can monitor my pages and groups more easily. and more readers can find you on social networks than on internet searches.
although lately my views have gone up, that may be in part to using my blog as a home page for my social media profiles. it simplifies linking everything together in one front page that links to all my social media too.
As a social media manager of certain pages and groups it allows me to focus more on my social media pages and networks and share them here.
my fb page for this site is run like a fan page, allowing me to quickly and easily share links and info on it that would take much longer in my blog, and it also allows me to communicate with followers more easily.

My 6th great grandfather, John, the Elder, Lawrence, of Dutchess County, New York, was a preacher, a pastor, a minute man, and a patriot. He was born about about 1721 in Connecticut. He became the pastor of a Baptist church in Dutchess, New York about 1770.
He married Lavinah Ormsby in 1759

It is likely that the name Lavinah may look a bit like Zerviah in cursive and was probably misread as such.
If this record is correct, he may have had another wife before her, as it is believed that he had a child named Rebecca in 1750 who married in 1769 at about the age of 19. The chances are she was probably not ten.
Among his other children is my ancestor John Lawrence II who was born about 1760 in New York. While Lavinah may not have been the first wife of John Lawrence, she is probably the mother of John II.
John II married Elizabeth and had three known children. Zelphia, Elizabeth, and John III.
John P. Lawrence III married Nancy Peden about 1806. They were my fourth great grandparents.

Sadly, even when you find a source for an ancestor, someone else will come along and try to change proven facts on their profile, or a website that published important info on a family tree will vanish from the net, because someone did not pay the bill.
so much has been lost over the past few years that used to be there, and I worry when I am gone will my findings be lost forever? probably. that's why family historians follow each other's works and look for proof of unproven points. any proof found should not be ignored or deleted just because you cannot see the source, but any source you find should be published in a place where it won't be lost later.
website domains are dependent on finances. if you die or can't pay the bill on time, the domain and all the info in it could be lost to time.
always note the sources in a safe place and always save the info where it cant be lost.
most dot coms will disappear some day. a blog is more reliable, but if you attach your blog to a dot com, don't keep it's true address a secret.

Anthony Poff was my 3rd great grandfather. He married Sarah Wilson. He was the son of Peter Riley Poff and Elizabeth Pickel or Bickel or Bickle. He had two brothers named Henry Poff who were twins, according to sources.
Anthony was not the son of Henry as some have speculated. They were brothers. Anthony was the father of Catherine Poff who married to John Henry Collins, John was her second husband and my second great grandfather.
Anthony was also the brother of Peter Poff, Jr. among others.
And while I am on the subject, Catherine Poff was born in Virginia. She was not the Catherine Poff who was born in MO.

The Big Bang Universe or BBU, is different from ours, of course, as all universes in the multiverse are different. Each universe is unique in some way or another.
Some of the differences are small. The Bob Newhart variant is a kids TV show host known as Professor Proton, for example.
The Eliza Dushku variant is not Eliza but is instead a government agent with the FBI, although she is still smoking hot. And apparently Sarah Michelle Gellar is still the star of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, we are just left to wonder who plays the part of Faith? Is it Wil Wheaton perhaps? I kid of course, but nevertheless, it appears that Sarah exists and the show exists, yet Eliza does not. Sad really.
While it appears that Wil Wheaton may indeed be a traveler, he definitely exists in the BBU. as does Levar Burton, and Brent Spiner, and of course, Stan Lee, exists in all universes, sometimes as himself, but every universe needs a Watcher, so maybe Stan the Man is the Watcher of the BBU. or not. What do you think, True Believers?
Bill Nye the Science Guy exists and Leonard Nimoy and Darth James Earl Jones, and Carrie Fisher, but Dr. Mayim Bialik, only exists as a variant of herself, named Farrah Amy Fowler.
The TV show, Blossom, probably does not exist there, or it may have been played by a different actress if it did. Perhaps Wil Wheaton??
The TV show Roseanne, may exist, but if so, the part played by Johnny Galecki, must have been another actor, as the Galecki variant is known here as Leonard. And of course, the Sara Gilbert variant is a friend with benefits of Leonard, so Gilbert is not a star of Roseanne, meaning that either the show does not exist, or someone else played her part. Perhaps it was Wil Wheaton?

The TV show Charmed may exist but the part of Billie was probably played by a different actress if so. maybe even Wil Wheaton??

PPPS Sorry had to do this three times for some reason.
A lot of people don't know that spiderman has cancer and in fact all the spidermen and women in the spider verse probably have cancer, but because of their mutant healing factor they don't get sick. isn't that lovely. insert marvin the martian gif here.
so if you happen to be a spiderman or spiderwoman you are also a mutant. I mean most of them are at least. of course, the existence of mutants is a closely guarded secret. probably because Xavier is erasing them from everyone's memories all the time, so any muggle who finds out about mutants gets their memory wiped like an mib victim.
then again it seems likely that all super beings are probably mutants right? how else would Bruce banner survive a gamma explosion? and how would the super soldier serum work on Steve but not on others? my theory is that most supers have some form of mutant powers. makes more sense than saying they are just all incredibly lucky at dodging bullets and such.
then again it's just my theory and it may be wrong. but I doubt it.
but getting back to the spider verse, it is highly likely that all or most of the spider people are mutants and are fast healers. maybe they can find a cure for muggles with their blood or something.
its almost like living in another universe is much better than living in ours. must be nice.
having radioactive blood and not dying from it. but wouldn't aunt may get cancer from being around him so much? or maybe she has the mutant healing factor too....
and what if the legacy virus made it into the spider verse? it would be like the plague....

I have yet to find a document to explain the name Octaive on the stone but who knows. sometimes people had two or more middle names. I suspect it should say Octavia, but still unknown.
While some have credited her as a daughter of Madison Martin Aldridge, it has been pointed out that Madison was separated from her mother long before she was born, and he could not be her father.
A cousin said that her mother, Polly Gibson, married Madisons brother, Green Aldridge, and that all of Polly's children were his. however, in the divorce trial, Madison said that Polly had two men who were possible fathers of her children.
Louisa married Mike O King, a distant cousin of George Washington.
No word on what happened to Polly, but she may have moved away with Green.
It's the day after labor day, and some of us had to work yesterday. not naming any names, but yeah it sucked. and so today, on my vacation, I would just like to say thank you to all of you who did not get the labor day off like me. and no that is not an excuse to thank myself.
while you face the new day with a sense of hopelessness, or hope, whatever, in your non white clothes, remember that some day, about a hundred years from now, no one will remember this day at all. unless something terrible happens today. but let's not over think this.

Making my own images and memes is another hobby of mine. although I sometimes use free images from Unsplash or memes from sites like GIPHY or imgur, usually my own, I also make my own images on the sketchpad app. and although I am invisible and no one will ever see this, or care, I am getting better at it.
I am noone. I am the invisible man. I am a real nowhere man living in my nowhere land making all my nowhere plans for nobody.
Technically, I suppose making badges and buttons for a blog would be called illustrating. So I am an Illustrator now. but not the Microsoft one, lol.
