Set an alarm for bed so you can get enough sleep.

 


there is nothing worse than staying up too late and having to work the next day with not enough sleep. it sucks and it can make the drive home after work very dangerous. but it doesn't have to be that way. 

set an alarm for bedtime and go to bed when it goes off. you will feel better and be more productive and prosperous. and you will feel much better too. 

just don't forget to turn it off.
