its all about the branding baby. your profiles need the same name if at all possible.
there are a few other ray nichols online so i cant always get @raynichols for a username, but if you can nail the same ids down for all your accounts they will blend well with your website and make it easier for people to find you. if you cant get the same id for each profile at least put all your social media on your home page so fans can check them against posers. while i will probably never have to discredit a poser for my accounts, its just more logical to use the same handle for each site when possible. also, the same profile pic, you cant even get verified most of the time if you change your pic so get a really good one and use it well and forever. updated pics can be put elsewhere, but a social media profile pic is just like a logo for a business. use it well.
